Composition

The fine milling machines for rail welding seam mainly include the workbench installed on the operable machine, where the swivel gear, positioning fixture, hydraulic station, electronic control system and lubrication system are installed. The swivel gear is equipped with the transverse moving device, vertical moving device, milling device and detection device.

Main features

  ●The efficient milling process is used to replace the grinding process, which can not only use the starting and finishing points on the original refining mill, but also avoid the cutter relieving during grinding. The servo control is adopted for the feed and feed shaft, so as to conveniently process into cambers on the rail tread. The feed and feed shaft are parallel to the original rail on the side; 

  ●The technology, using laser scanning to detect the rail outline at the processing starting and finishing points, is applied. The processed straightness and smoothness can meet the requirements of the rail by means of the software, taking the rail surface in the detection position as the processing starting and finishing points. Meanwhile, the detector will detect the straightness after milling, judge the qualification, store and transmit the data;

  ●The digital control mode is used for the tape-controlled operation, which is easy to operate;

  ●Properly allocate the milling corner to ensure the maximum radian between the milling surface and the original rail not exceeding 0.05. The digital control is also used for the swirl gear to meet the requirements of different corners;

  ●The milling head used in the machining center is applied, with milling protective device arranged nearby;

  ●The automatic lubrication method is used to lubricate the moving parts of the machine tool;

  ●The overall protection is applied for the machine tool;

  ●The milling machine is of totally automation, digitization and informatization, so as to greatly reduce the labor intensity and environmental pollution and avoid the quality accident of less rail grinding.
